IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN FROZEN FOODS AT 253 K (-20 DEG C), DURING THEIR TRANSPORT IN VEHICLES REQUIRING A FREQUENT OPENING OF DOORS DURING DELIVERY, THE FOLLOWING ARE SURVEYED: MECHANICALLY REFRIGERATED VEHICLES OF CLASS FRC, WITH SELF-CONTAINED EQUIPMENT, THE COMPRESSOR OF WHICH IS DRIVEN BY A THERMAL ENGINE INDEPENDENT OF THAT OF THE VEHICLE OR WITH A NON-AUTONOMOUS EQUIPMENT, THE COMPRESSOR OF WHICH IS DRIVEN BY THE VEHICLE ENGINE ; REFRIGERATED VEHICLES OF CLASS RRC, USING DRY ICE OR LIQUID NITROGEN ; REFRIGERATED VEHICLES OF CLASS RRC WITH STATIONARY EUTECTIC ACCUMULATORS.
