Summary
The low-temperature department of the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) in Grenoble has designed an apparatus enabling the observation of the behaviour of hydrogen near its critical point (33 K) under conditions of microgravity stimulated using a gradient magnetic field. A description of the installation is presented, along with some experimental results.
