Summary

THE STUDY OF THE TWO CRITICAL STATES OF BOILING HELIUM I OPENS PERSPECTIVES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF SUPERCONDUCTORS. THE FIRST CRITICAL DENSITY IS A NON-MONOTONIC FUNCTION OF THE OVERLOAD. THIS EFFECT OCCURS ONLY UNDER OVERLOAD AND PRESSURE CONDITIONS WHICH HAVE BEEN PRODUCED FOR THE FIRST TIME. CONCLUDING, IT APPEARS THAT A HYDRODYNAMIC MODEL CANNOT EXPLAIN CERTAIN ANOMALIES WHICH HAVE BEEN FOUND HERE.
