DESCRIPTION OF A HELIUM CRYOSTAT STRUCTURE AND OF THE TEST PROCEDURE FOR THE DETERMINATION OF HEAT FLUX IN THE CRYOSTAT NECK. TESTS CARRIED OUT ON A CYLINDRICAL ELEMENT (200 MM DIAMETER) AND FOR NECK LENGTHS BETWEEN 0.4 AND 0.83 M, WITH TEMPERATURES OF THE HOT LIMIT SURFACE RANGING BETWEEN 77 AND 220 K. COMPARISON OF TEST AND INDUSTRIAL DATA OF THE CRYOSTAT WITH THE CALCULATIONS AFTER THEORETICAL CURVES. IMPROVEMENT OF THE CALCULATION METHOD FOR THE THERMAL FLUX IN THE CRYOSTAT NECK.
