Summary
The paper illustrates the principle of a dynamic ice making system by spraying secondary refrigerant R-123 and the method of ice slurry making, analyzes the character of four additives (ethylene glycol, Tween-80, sodium dodecyl sulfate and the mixed liquor of sodium dodecyl sulfate & glycerin) during ice slurry making, find the best additives on criterion of the liquidity of ice slurry, ice packing factor, whether R-123 can separate out from ice slurry and the liquor with additives or not.
