Summary

CORRECTIONS TO THE QUASIPARTICLE COMPONENT OF THE CURRENT IN SUPERCONDUCTING TUNNEL JUNCTIONS OF VARIOUS TYPES THAT ARE DUE TO FLUCTUATIONS OF THE MODULUS AND PHASE OF THE ORDER PARAMETER ARE CALCULATED FOR TEMPERATURES BELOW THE CRITICAL TEMPERATU THE CORRESPONDING CORRECTIONS TO THE CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTIC ARE PRONOUNCEDLY NONLINEAR AND ARE MANIFEST ALREADY IN THE FIRST ORDER OF BARRIER TRANSPARENCY. THEIR MAGNITUDE GROWS LOGARITHMICALLY WITH APPROACH TO CRITICAL TEMPERATURE AND IS PARTICULARLY EVIDENT WHEN THE FLUCTUATING ELECTRODE IS A THIN AMORPHOUS FILM.
