SUPERCONDUCTIVITY AND TERNARY MATERIALS.
SUPRACONDUCTIVITE ET MATERIAUX TERNAIRES.
Author(s) : SERGENT M.
Type of article: Article
Summary
RECENTLY, PROGRESS WAS ACHIEVED IN THE MANUFACTURE OF SUPERCONDUCTING MULTIFILAMENTARY CONDUCTORS WITH VERY FINE FILAMENTS, MAKING REALISTIC THE PROJECTS FOR THE APPLICATION OF SUPERCONDUCTIVITY TO QUICKLY VARYING CONDITIONS AND IN ALTERNATING CURRENT ATINDUSTRIAL FREQUENCIES (50 HERTZ). THE RECENT DISOEYFENRE BECAUSE OF THE VERY GREAT NUMBER OF POTENTIAL TERNARY COMPOUNDS WITH QUITE DIFFERENT STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES, IT CAN BE PREDICTED THATTERNARY COMPOUNDS WILL BE AN IMPORTANT SOURCE OF NEW PHENOMENA IN THE FUTURE.
