Summary
Based on the analysis and research of several district cooling projects in Beijing and a survey into district cooling projects at home and abroad, the features and superiority of district cooling are expounded. Problems requiring attention and risks to be avoided when selecting energy scheme are pointed out. Measures for risk prevention are proposed. Improving the energy utilization efficiency of district cooling by means of excess heat is suggested. With examples, the design of combined cooling, heating and power is presented.
