THE AUTHORS HAVE PERFORMED A TOTAL OF 37 NON-MEDICAL TREATMENTS, SUCH AS PACEMAKER TREATMENT, IMPLANTABLE DEFIBRILLATOR, CATHETER ABLATION AND CRYOSURGERY FOR VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA, IN THE LAST 11 YEARS. IN THE PAPER, THEY DEAL WITH SURGERY AND ITS PROBLEMS FOR THE TREATMENT OF VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA, BASED ON THEIR EXPERIENCES. BASED IN THE RESULTS, CRYOSURGERY OUGHT TO BE APPLIED TO PATIENTS WITH AN ISCHEMIC HEART CONDITION OR WITH ARRYTHMOGENIC RIGHT VENTRICULAR DYSPLASIA, IF CARDIAC FUNCTION IS FAIR ; CATHETER ABLATION OUGHT TO BE APPLIED WHEN CARDIAC FUNCTION IS POOR.USE OF PACEMAKER TREATMENT AND IMPLANTABLE DEFIBRILLATOR ARE CONSIDERED THE LEAST DESIRABLE.
