Summary

From the practical perspective, the author compares and analyses the technical differences and prospects. He points out that the manufacturers of conventional central air conditioners should be aware of the crisis they are faced with, and the government should emphasize and support technical innovation and management of enterprises. Whereas the adjustment of cold or hot water flow has been a critical technology restricting the competition of a central air conditioner, he develops an integral adaptive controller based on sensing, controlling and driving/operation of functional materials. It is feasible technically and economically.
