THE AUTHOR DESCRIBES A SYSTEM COMPOSED OF VARIOUS TEMPERATURE SENSORS (FOR INSTANCE LOCATED IN VARIOUS STRATEGIC POINTS IN AN AIR-CONDITIONING PLANT) ASSOCIATED WITH A DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM, WHICH MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO THE OBSERVER TO MONITOR THE SYSTEM, AND OF A DEVICE WHICH ACTUATES THE COMPONENTSOF THE REFRIGERATING SYSTEM. IT IS THUS POSSIBLE TO STUDY THE VARIATIONS IN CERTAIN PARAMETERS (TEMPERATURES IN THIS CASE) DUE TO NUMEROUS FACTORS (INCLUDING DEFICIENCIES OF CERTAIN COMPONENTS) AND TO ASCERTAIN CORRECTIONS TO BE MADE. THIS DEVICE CAN PROVIDE AN INTERESTING TRAINING FACILITY. THE FOLLOWING IS DEALT WITH IN PARTICULAR: THE CONTROL MECHANISM USED, THE SPECIFICATIONS AND THE VARIATIONS IN THE INLET PRESSURE. J.R.
