Summary

The performance and reliability of pharmaceutical storage equipment are essential to ensure the quality and security of medicinal thermal products conservation. Especially since the regulation (CSP, GDP, GMP, ICH, AMM) impose on pharmacist to use safe tools to ensure the good products conservation, quality and integrity. But actually few pharmacists have reliable enough tools to ensure this temperature compliance. The article analyzes pharmacy cold chain requirements and recommendations, presents the situation of pharmacy storage with a self-assessment questionnaire and temperature measurements in the pharmacy enclosure. These results have allowed to make a link between the pharmacist's needs and the field situation in order to determine the adapted recommendations for pharmaceutical storage equipment complying with the certification.
