Summary

KINETIC EQUATIONS ARE OBTAINED FOR SUPERCONDUCTORS WITH NONMAGNETIC IMPURITIES OF TRANSITION METALS. THE IMPURITY PROPERTIES ARE DESCRIBED BY ANDERSON'S HAMILTONIAN. USING THE OBTAINED KINETIC EQUATIONS, THE EXCITATION DISTRIBUTION FUNCTION IS DERIVED AND CALCULATION IS MADE OF THE ELECTRIC FIELD IN A SUPERCONDUCTOR BORDERING ON THE NORMAL METAL TO WHICH THE ELECTRIC FIELD IS APPLIED.
