In this work the authors studied the effect of onion (Allium cepa L. cv. Sochaczewska) bulb maturity at harvest on: levels of abscisic acid in the bulb at harvest, after curing and during storage and bulb storage ability. They also asked whether climate conditions prevailing in the vegetation season influence on these two parameters.
