Summary
The elastic moduli, the Poisson factor, the yield point and the thermal dilatation in polyethylene have been measured, in the function of temperature in the given range. The measurement results have been used to qualify pipe materials produced from granulates and to predict welded joint quality, for CAE programs and databases.
