The modified frictional loss efficiency correlation in an ejector 1-D numerical model.

Summary
The accuracy of 1-D ejector simulation result is very sensitive to the frictional loss efficiency in mixed chamber. In the present paper, based on 1-D ejector numerical model, the frictional loss efficiency was derived from the experimental data of the previous literature and a new correlation was drawn based on the ejector geometry structure and operation parameters. The new correlation could improve the simulation accuracy compared with the original frictional loss efficiency correlation which was a function related with the ratio of mixing chamber and nozzle throat area.
