The performance of activated carbon adsorbers for the control of indoor volatile organic compounds.
Author(s) : LIU R. T.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Air purification particularly related to volatile organic air compounds is studied in the paper. Adsorber devices using activated carbon, mainly provided by coconut processing, are considered. The adsorber efficiency is discussed, measurements are made by toluene adsorption. The influence of various parameters, above all air humidity and temperature, is examined.
