The possibility of increasing critical temperature in oxide high-critical temperature superconductor films: interaction with elastic fields of defects.
Author(s) : VIKHNIN V. S.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The influence on critical temperature of dilatation centers as elastic defects near the surface or in thin films of oxide high-critical temperature superconductors is considered. The distribution function of critical temperature in this case was obtained. The influence of dilatation centers considerably increases for strong centers such as off-center impurity ions.
