Type of article: Article

Summary

The influence on critical temperature of dilatation centers as elastic defects near the surface or in thin films of oxide high-critical temperature superconductors is considered. The distribution function of critical temperature in this case was obtained. The influence of dilatation centers considerably increases for strong centers such as off-center impurity ions.
