The research of a cooling system for superconducting microwave filter and cryogenic amplifier.

Author(s) : WU D. S., DENG H. B.

Summary

With the development of high-temperature superconducting technology, the mixed microwave subsystem consisted of superconducting microwave devices and cryogenic semiconductor devices has presented high performance and been widely researched and applied. The cryogenic system with high reliability is the key to their experiments and applications. In this paper, a cryogenic system with good performance that can be applied for cooling HTS devices and amplifier is presented. This system consisted of a Stirling cryocooler and a Dewar. The problems of hermetically sealing and reducing heat leak are considered. The results have been discussed.
