Summary

The articles titled deal with design and testing of different household refrigerator-freezers for the Chinese market. Various environmentally safe refrigerants, including hydrocarbons, were tested, and insulation was reinforced. The Lorenz and Lorenz-Meutzner cycles were tested. Energy savings can be as great at 50%.
