Type of article: Article
Summary
The frost growth process on a vertical cold surface in natural convection was observed with a microscope. The height of frost was measured over time. According to the observed phenomenon of frost growth, the effect on frost formation was analysed theoretically. The reason for frost growth regularity is explained by phase-change forces.
