Study on heat and mass transfer under frosting conditions. 2. Relationship between coefficients of heat and mass transfer.
[In Japanese. / En japonais.]
Author(s) : ISHIHARA I.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The author and other investigators have reported experimental results that coefficients of mass transfer under frosting conditions decreased as the wall temperature decreased. In the paper, the experimental results of Nusselt number and Sherwood number are compared with the analytical results, and Sherwood number/Nusselt number is discussed and analysed in consideration of the phase change process of water vapour in humid air.
