IIR document
The system for diagnostics of the two-phase liquefied natural gas flow.
Number: pap. 013
Author(s) : FILIPPOV Y., PANFEROV K.
Summary
The measuring system to determine average void fraction, f, and mass flow rate, G, of the two-phase LNG flow, is considered. It is based on a combination of the RF-sensor, that allows one to define the f-value, and a narrowing device, pressure difference across that depends on the average flow velocity. Metrological characteristics of this measuring system are estimated and its practical realization is proposed.
