Summary

THE PRINCIPAL AIM OF THE PROPOSED MACHINE IS TO SOLVE PRACTICAL PROBLEMS WHICH REPRESENT THE MOST CRITICAL POINTS OF A TRADITIONAL HEAT PUMP USING AMMONIA-WATER SYSTEM, IE HIGH PRESSURE AND RECTIFICATION OF AMMONIA. FOR THIS NEW SYSTEM, THE GENERAL WORKING SCHEME, THE THERMODYNAMIC DESIGN DATA, ITS PERFORMANCE AS A HEAT PUMP MACHINE AND A COMPARISON WITH THE AMMONIA-WATER ABSORPTION HEAT PUMP ARE PRESENTED.
