THE SIGNIFICANT VARIATIONS OF THERMAL LOADS LED TO THE ADOPTION OF THERMAL STORAGE WHICH ALSO HAS OTHER ADVANTAGES. IN ORDER TO DEVELOP STORAGE PROCESSES, THE RELIABILITY OF EUTECTIC COMPONENTS SHOULD BE ENHANCED, THE DYNAMICS OF STORAGE DISCHARGE SHOULD BE BETTER KNOWN AND THE OPERATION OF STORAGE SHOULD BE OPTIMIZED IN THE FACE OF RANDOM VARIATIONS IN REQUIREMENTS.
