THE USE OF THERMAL STORAGE IN NORTH AMERICA IS BEING HASTENED BY UTILITIES WITH THE ADVENT OF MORE DEMAND SENSITIVE ELECTRIC RATES AND TIME OF USE PREMIUMS.
