THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE CLOSED TYPE ABSORPTION HEAT TRANSFORMER.

Author(s) : GOGUS Y. A., ATAER O. E.

Summary

THE AUTHORS STUDY THE EFFECT OF CERTAIN PARAMETERS ON THE ENERGY AND EXERGY PERFORMANCES OF A WATER-LITHIUM BROMIDE ABSORPTION SYSTEM CALLED AHT. THE UNIT INCLUDES A CONDENSER AND AN EVAPORATOR, AN ABSORBER AND A BOILER, AN EXPANSION VALVE, PUMPS AND HEAT EXCHANGERS. AN ANALYSIS METHOD WAS DEVELOPED FOR DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF DEGREES OF FREEDOM. THE ENERGY AND EXERGY COPS WERE CALCULATED, AS WELL AS THE FLOW RATE OF THE REFRIGERANT AND THE DIFFERENT WATER FLOW RATES. THE INFLUENCE OF THE VARIATION OF OPERATING PARAMETERS WAS STUDIED.
