THE EXACT THEORETICAL REFRIGERATION AND TRANSFORMER THERMODYNAMIC CYCLES OF UNITS WORKING WITH WATER-LITHIUM BROMIDE, ARE PRESENTED IN ENTHALPY-TEMPERATURE AS WELL AS TEMPERATURE-ENTROPY DIAGRAMS. THE HEAT QUANTITIES INVOLVED HAVE BEEN CALCULATED FOR MANY SUCH CYCLES. THE RESULTS OBTAINED HAVE BEEN CORRELATED BY SHORT RELATIONS ENABLING THE RAPID COMPUTATION OF RELATED QUANTITIES. THE RAPID ALGORITHM OBTAINED CAN BE USED TO PREDICT OPTIMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS IN A VERY SHORT COMPUTER TIME.
