Summary

Thermodynamic systems make it possible to provide optimal comfort all year round, at an acceptable, competitive cost. These systems are gaining favour in the residential sector in France. In other countries such as Switzerland, Germany, Sweden and the United States, the market has developed considerably. For instance, in Switzerland, 30% of new single-family homes are equipped with a heat pump.
