AN EXPRESSION FOR THE GIBBS FREE ENERGY OF LITHIUM BROMIDE-WATER SOLUTIONS IS PRESENTED. VALUES FOR PARTICULAR THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF INTEREST ARE DERIVED FROM THE GIBBS FREE ENERGY EXPRESSION. THE ACCURACY OF THE DERIVED PROPERTIES IS DEMONSTRATED BY COMPARISON WITH DATA IN THE LITERATURE. THE GIBBS FREE ENERGY EXPRESSION IS ACCURATE OVER A WIDER RANGE OF TEMPERATURES, PRESSURES AND COMPOSITIONS THAN OTHER DATA COMPILATIONS.
