Thermoelectric refrigeration systems: analysis of losses and ways of increasing efficiency.
[In Russian./ En russe.]
Author(s) : SULIN A. B.
Type of article: Article, Review
Summary
It has been shown that the external ("engineering") losses in thermoelectric cooling (TEC) assemblies are comparable with the internal ones, defined by TEC material's characteristics. An advanced efficient design of a reversive thermoelectric assembly is proposed based on thermosiphon heat exchangers. Experimental performance data are presented for the exchangers.
