THE INVERSION OF COPPER THERMOELECTROMOTIVE FORCE SIGN AT TRANSVERSE MAGNETIC FIELD WAS OBSERVED AND THERMOPOWER SIGN IS NEGATIVE BELOW 5 K ; THE MAGNETIC FIELD VECTOR LIES OUTSIDE THE SPECIAL DIRECTIONS AND ONLY CLOSED ELECTRON ORBITS ARE PRESE THERE IS ONLY POSITIVE THERMOELECTROMOTIVE FORCE AT T = 4-5 K FOR MAGNETIC FIELD DIRECTIONS BRINGING OPEN ELECTRON ORBITS AND AT THE CENTER OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL OPEN REGION.
