Thin film platinum resistance thermometers: calibration and mathematical description of temperature (resistance) function.

Summary

Thin film platinum resistance thermometers with three different dimensions are investigated. Mathematical descriptions of the results in the temperature range 77-300 K are presented. The optimum number of terms is determined for the two types of polynomials which are used for analytical presentation of the experimental data.
