Summary

This regulation concerns cold store companies which deal with packaging activities. As from 3 December 2004, cold store companies must buy material which will enter in contact with food corresponding to criteria listed in this regulation. As from October 2006, cold store companies must trace the material in contact with the food they use to pack the products.
