IN LARGE-AND MEDIUM-SIZE STORES, TRAINING VARIES CONSIDERABLY, DEPENDING ON THE IMPORTANCE GIVEN TO THE PRODUCTS AND ON THE SIZE OF THE STORE. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC TRAINING ON REFRIGERATION, BUT THERE CAN BE ON SITE TRAINING. CERTAIN DISTRIBUTORS CONSIDER REFRIGERATION TO BE A PROMISING OUTLET. J.L.
