AS A BASIC DOCUMENT FOR DAIRY PLANTSLOCATED IN THE GIDRONISEL'HOZ AND VNIKTIHOLODPROM AREAS, SPECIFIC METHODS OF MILK COOLING HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED. TYPICAL PLANS FOR THE DESIGN OF MILK RECEIVING STATIONS SHOW AN INCREASE FROM 10,000 TO 15,000 AND 20,000 LITERS PER DAY. A DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT USED AND AN EXAMPLE OF THE DESIGN OF THE RECEIVING STATIONS ARE PRESENTED.
