IN ORDER TO MATCH WITH PETROLEUM PRODUCTS MARKET, REFINERIES ARE OVERLOADING CATALYTIC REFORMING AND CRACKERS. OFF GASES PRODUCTION, USED AS FUEL GAS, IS INCREASING ACCORDINGLY. MOREOVER, MANY REFINERIES ARE DEVELOPING ENERGY SAVING PROGRAMS AND WILL HAVE EXCESS FUEL GASES. REFINERIES OFF GASES CONTAIN HYDROGEN AND LIGHT HYDROCARBONS WHICH CAN BE EVALUATED AS: AN UPGRADED HYDROGEN STREAM FOR INCREASING HYDROTREATMENTS NEEDS ; A LPG FRACTION FOR LPG MARKET AND ; A C5+ FRACTION FOR GASOLINE.
