L'enjeu de cette communication est de traiter des contraintes opérationnelles de distribution en température dirigée dans un contexte de livraisons multi-température, dans le cadre évolutif de la logistique urbaine en France (zones à faibles émissions, dénommées ultérieurement ZFE, mutations des flux de circulation dans les villes, ...). L’objet est de se questionner ce que pourrait être un standard de livraison qui respecterait les enjeux liés à la chaîne du froid.
