Summary

THERMAL MANAGEMENT CAN BE TREATED AS AN ECONOMIC PROBLEM IN WHICH STORED ENERGY IS ASSIGNED A PRICE. THE MANAGEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION RESOURCES IS CONSTANTLY MINIMIZING THE GENERAL COST OF HEAT TRANSFER IN A SYSTEM. FOR THIS PURPOSE, A QUICK METHOD FOR CALCULATING PAC OPERATING POINTS IS PROPOSED. REPRESENTATIVE STATISTICAL TESTS FOR A WIDE RANGE OF COMBINED WINTER AND MID-SEASON CONDITIONS AREUSED FOR CHARACTERIZING THE MOST EFFICIENT CONTROL TECHNOLOGY AND PROCEDURE FOR MONITORING DISTRIBUTION RESOURCES IN ORDER TO OPTIMIZE THE ANNUAL MANAGEMENT OF STORAGE.
