Summary
Ozone is a powerful oxidizer, and will destroy organic contaminants such as odours, fumes, bacteria, algae and fungi. Correctly applied it can be used to assist in the cleaning of the insides of ductwork and the building itself. However, the concentrations required to be effective are higher than acceptable tolerance limits, and special precautions, such as personnel evacuation, must be taken. A.R.T.
