DESCRIBES THE RECENTLY DEVELOPED THERMAL MANIKIN, ORIGINALLY DESIGNED FOR MODELLING THE HEAT TRANSFER PROCESSES OF THE HUMAN BODY, BUT WHICH MAY ALSO BE USED SUCCESSFULLY TO QUALIFY INDOOR THERMAL COMFORT. A MANIKIN COMPRISES A THERMAL MEASURING BODY, 2 MICROPROCESSOR-BASED CONTROLLERS AND DATA ACQUISITION UNITS AND A COMPUTER TO PROCESS AND DISPLAY THE DATA.
