Summary
A complex ecological problem related to evacuation of shell type objects of a container type containing harmful substances from near-bottom sectors of natural basins was examined. The actuality of this problem is underlined by the fact that shell-type objects pollute to a greater degree water areas of the seas, washing coast of our country, in particular the Baltic and Black seas. A long staying in water may lead to a corrosion destruction of a body shell of an object and provoke a direct contact of a toxic substance with water that will result in a significant damage of the aquaculture.
