Summary

The authors describe the design of new pressure transducers used as the primary measuring means for the automatic control, protection and regulation of screw-compressor refrigerating machines and units. Tests were carried out in order to determine the error in the pressure measurement by the transducers used. The algorithm developed by the authors and used for processing the test results is presented. The results of the computer-based calculation are presented graphically. Their analysis shows that the thermal instability of transducers does not exceed 0.2 %, which has avoided the need for thermal stabilization of pressure pipes. C.C.
