SUGGESTION OF A LONG-TERM COOL STORAGE METHOD, IN WHICH THE WATER OF AN UNDERGROUND TANK IS COOLED SEASONALLY BY SKY RADIATION BETWEEN APRIL AND MID-JUNE, COLD WATER BEING STORED AND USED FOR SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING. THE TEST RESULTS ARE COMPARED WITH DIFFERENT EMPIRICAL EQUATIONS.
