Summary
Principle and operation of a hybrid-cycle compression-absorption system are described. This recent technique requires adjustments and adaptation to the compressor, but can have interesting applications through compression ratio reduction that goes with it, for a similar condensation temperature span (evaporation compared to the pure compression system).
