AN EVEN < HYSTERESIS > EFFECT IN THE FIELD DEPENDENCE AND A FIELD-INDUCED MAXIMUM IN THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF LOW-ANGLE SCATTERING OF NEUTRONS IS OBSERVED IN SPIN GLASS. THE EFFECTS ARE DUE TO SLOW RELAXATION OF THE SPATIAL MAGNETIC STRUCTURE.
