Summary

The paper clarifies, in the Belgian regulations (Benelux), the conditions concerning: the utilization of refrigerating fluids (prohibited fluids are listed, as well as their mixtures); the standard for refrigerating plants, required to meet the Belgian administrative requirements (pressure tests; construction code, depending on the refrigerant charge); the refrigerating plant control and maintenance. In an appendix and only in Dutch, is a suggestion of how a commission of Flemish government and industry experts can change article 406 in the Vlarem.
