Summary

Magnetoresistance of thin superconducting strongly textured BSCCO films with 2212-like structure was investigated. It has been established to be conditioned by thermally activated flux flow in the temperature range of 65-95 K and magnetic fields of 0-18 kilo-oersteds. Macroscopic size of vortices is approximately 0.2 micrometer. Temperature and magnetic field dependences of activation energy demonstrate uncorrelation of the flux jumps at the mean distance between neighbouring vortices.
