Wave cryogenerators in Ne-He mixture purifying systems.

Summary
Pure neon is obtained by a rectification method at a temperature close to 30 K. These conditions stipulate higher requirements to the degree of neon-helium mixture preparation at the rectification column inlet. The duration of the adsorber working period substantially depends on the admixture content before the final purifying process. Meanwhile, the content of nitrogen in the incoming raw material can vary from 5 to 50% depending on the primary enrichment technique.
