Summary
The Z coefficient can be used to size certain fluid distribution networks, this calculation being difficult where the usual tools are employed. On a more general level, it enables troubleshooting at distribution network level and also makes it possible to perform accurate diagnosis, the latter being a vital prerequisite to the implementation of corrective measures.
